		<description>There&#039;s a shortcut for the insertion of the date -- Hold down Ctrl and Alt and then press d.  It will insert the date in your default format.  Usually that is 12/5/09.  But if you go to the date and time box and choose your favoriate format and press the Default button, and say yes to wanting to change to that format, then when you do the Ctrl+Alt+d you will get that format.</description>
