How to Check in Vista if you have the 32-bit version or 64-bit Version
In this tutorial we will go over how to check if you are running the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows Vista.
1. Click the Start button and in the start search box type: msinfo32.exe

2. In the window that appears, take a look at the System Type entry in the menu.

If you see x86-based PC, then you have the 32-bit version of vista.
If you see x64-based PC, then you have the 64-bit version of vista.
